Pick the time during the school year when you want to run this project (human rights week, Christmas, School Day of Non-violence and Peace, cultural week, the end of the school year…) and the format: With a single group or with several, as a project for the whole centre, as part of a single subject or across different disciplines. There are so many different ways to get involved!

Carry out the awareness stage in the classroom, with the downloadable materials, following the guidelines included in the teaching guide.

5 Action-Cooperation Stage
Organise the students into working commissions so, with the help of the kits, they can put together a charity event to raise awareness in their community. These commissions will be the Coordinating Commission, the Line-Up Commission, the Production Commission, the Communication Commission and the Solidarity Commission.

6 Putting on the Loco Festival
On the day of the event, invite your community to join in the experience and become part of this giant network of centres, teachers and students who are crazy about changing the world.

8 Charitable donations
Your charitable donations will be displayed on the project website, along with those from the other participating centres across Spain, and will be used to support the programmes “Educate a Child” and “Mind the Gap” to get young refugees into schools.
